Why we built Local Pass
Local Pass is a Victoria-based app that brings together local food delivery, a marketplace, and ridesharing. Founded by Victoria residents Dmitriy Kuleshov and Subash Chandel, Local Pass is driven by a mission to benefit both customers and businesses across Vancouver Island. The ultimate vision is to build the Island’s first “super app” — unifying local services to keep money in the community.
