Commercial kitchens and food hubs on Vancouver Island

Renting time in an approved kitchen is how most food businesses move beyond a home kitchen: it opens up selling online, to shops and at events.

A food hub is the same idea with more attached: the Province describes the BC Food Hub Network as giving growing food businesses “affordable, shared-use infrastructure and equipment, and services.” The Island’s hubs that take makers are listed here with the other kitchens.
