Sales agreement with the Liquor Distribution Branch

The Liquor Distribution Branch is BC’s only wholesaler, so every BC maker needs a signed sales agreement with it to sell anywhere in the province. The agreement’s class — land-based or commercial winery, craft or commercial distillery, brewery — sets your markup and who you may deliver to directly, and every product must be registered with it.
